A Technical Analyst (TA) responsible for Technical Documentation, preparing Architecture Standards, scheduling and running technical design
sessions. The TA will ensure that the technical aspects of a project are well-documented, standardized, and communicated effectively. This role
requires a good understanding of systems architecture, technical documentation best practices, and the ability to lead collaborative design sessions with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Documentation:
Create, maintain, and update comprehensive technical documentation, including system architectures, data flows, integration points, and technical specifications.
Create internal process documentation showing the flow of tasks & responsibilities among the stakeholders.
Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document the rationale behind key technical decisions, including trade-offs and impact assessments.
Running Technical Design Sessions:
Facilitate technical design sessions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Guide teams through the design process, helping to identify potential issues, technical challenges, and optimization opportunities.
Document decisions made during design sessions and communicate these to relevant teams.
Architecture Standards:
Collaborate with senior architects to define technical architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for system architecture.
