• High School diploma
• Five or more years’ experience in the scheduling of installation personnel resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a telecommunications related field
• Previous business experience in an administrative capacity

• Assigns services personnel to projects as requested by project manager
• Updates the internal databases with resource assignments, change orders, billing details
• Keeps detailed records of emails and conservations related to installation of each project
• Interacts with Avaya resource scheduling system when Avaya resources are required
• Authorizes third party vendor work providing purchase orders for work
• Schedules and monitors all required resources and the closure of project and final billing
